We are committed to creating a transformative journey that goes beyond the physical postures. Our intention is to cultivate a supportive and inclusive community where each participant feels a strong sense of belonging. We believe that yoga is a path of self-discovery and empowerment, and our program is designed to help you connect with your authentic self.
We recognize the profound wisdom of Ayurveda, the sister science of yoga, and integrate its principles to honor the unique constitution of each individual. Through Ayurveda, we guide you in understanding the balance between mind, body, and spirit, fostering holistic well-being that extends far beyond the mat.
Meditation is at the heart of our teachings, enabling you to develop a deeper awareness and connection to the present moment. Through mindfulness practices, we empower you to quiet the mind, cultivate inner peace, and tap into your inner wisdom. Meditation becomes a tool for self-care and self-discovery, supporting your personal growth journey.
Autonomy is a cornerstone of our program. We believe in empowering you to be the author of your own yoga journey. While we provide a strong foundation of knowledge and techniques, we encourage you to explore, question, and adapt the teachings to suit your unique teaching style and personal evolution. Your voice, creativity, and intuition are valued as essential aspects of your growth as a yoga teacher.
Our mission is to guide you on a transformative journey that leads to self-discovery, a sense of belonging, and the tools to inspire and empower others on their paths if you decide to teach. Many who take the training are primarily interested in expanding their own Yoga Journey and understanding of Yoga.
Yoga teacher training is not exclusive to people who want to become certified yoga teachers. Nature Yoga Teacher Training is suitable for any individual who yearns to learn more about the emotional, physical, spiritual and technical aspects of yoga.
Our 200-Hour training covers the history and philosophy of yoga with an emphasis on Feminine Form Yoga and Ayurveda. The specialty modules allow you do dive deeper into what you are most passionate about.
We explore yoga through the lens of Tantra Yoga, meditation, dharma and karma, anatomy and physiology, sequencing and cueing, chakras, energetics and traditional practices to elevate consciousness, as well as introductions to Yoga Nidra, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, Mudras and the Business of Yoga.
Learning from multiple teachers invites the recognition that is is no one way to teach and that instead we are each Divinely unique. We invite you to find your authentic voice and support you in living your Dharma.
One of the most beautiful aspects of yoga teacher training is the personal growth that you will achieve throughout the process. Through a yoga teacher training, you will learn to accept yourself — mind, body, and spirit — just as you are. The trainings provide you with the resources to identify what does not serve you and focus on what does.
Join Heidi Grace for a free virtual information session about the upcoming 200-Hr Online Teacher Training. This will be an opportunity to meet Heidi Grace, learn more about the training and her teaching methods, and ask your questions.

The connection between Ayurveda and the therapeutic use of essential oils lies in their shared belief in the healing power of nature and their focus on holistic well-being. In Ayurveda, essential oils can be used as part of treatments and therapies to enhance overall well-being. By integrating the principles of Ayurveda with aromatherapy, practitioners can make personalized recommendations of essential oils that align with an individual’s Constitution or current state of imbalance or even guided by the seasons.

Here’s what you can expect from a teacher training.
You will: • Learn to be present. • Experience incredible personal growth. • Create lifelong bonds with your fellow students. • Overcome fears and perceived shortcomings. • Develop a strong love and appreciation for yourself. • Learn to better manage stress. • Sleep better. • Be more relaxed when you’re off the mat. • Become more confident. • Develop healthier habits. • Find increased compassion toward others. • Learn to communicate more effectively. • You will release and forgive more quickly and effortlessly, and embrace making highly conscious decisions.
By breaking down postures, identifying optimal alignment, and working with variations on each pose, you’ll discover new corners of your body and experiences in your practice that you wouldn’t necessarily tap into on your own. Trying yoga in a new way gives you an opportunity to observe your mind’s reaction to a new practice, and learn how to quiet your mind from there. By the end of the training course, you will find that your mind and body are revitalized and stronger than they were when you entered.
Our 200-Hour Curriculum uniquely blends the history and philosophical teachings of yoga with the essential components of asana, anatomy and sequencing, encouraging a well-rounded approach to developing both your personal practice and your teaching skills.

Profound, life changing, encompassing and inclusive. No words to truly describe the experience and how it has transformed my life, who I am as a person, partner, mother, and friend. Nothing could have prepared me for the balance this has created, the community, love and support. I will forever be grateful for the divine leading me on this path and Heidi Grace is the most wonderful space holder, guide and most magical soul. An absolute honor to witness. To be a part of this was the most beautifully creative and eye opening experience of my life.

I highly recommend Heidi Grace's Nature Teacher Training to all that want to teach yoga or just
expand their yoga practice.
We were able to explore deeply into many areas of yoga, allowing us to not only expand our teaching skills, but expand on our personal practice as well. Breathing techniques, mudras, ayurveda, subtle bodies, along with physical yoga was much explored and enjoyed.
