Slow Down. Breathe Deeply.
Step into a weekend of quiet restoration, soulful connection, and deep nourishment.
This weekend retreat offers a slower pace and space to exhale, reflect and reconnect.
We’ll begin each day with grounding yoga practices followed by brunch and nature hikes through forest trails and meadows.
Ayurveda-inspired brunches and dinners will nourish your body and support seasonal balance.
Free time is spacious and encouraged—whether you wish to journal, swim, nap in the shade, or simply be.
This retreat is about simplicity, presence, and sisterhood.
We are women who are in love with the deeper purpose of life, the dharma that whispers from within, calling us to live fully, freely, and aligned.
At WILD Grace, we gather to remember this calling through yoga, nature, Ayurveda, rest, and ritual so each woman can reclaim her place in the web of life and walk her path with clarity and courage.

A sacred space has been created with the Tiger Lily Women’s Retreat that enabled a transformative experience for me where I was taken out of the vibration and my deeply depressed mindset. There, I was elevated into the frequency of abundance and humbled in demonstrations of graceful gratitude. This retreat honored the sacredness of the Earth, allowing me to cleanse my soul beneath the trees and to witness nature’s contributions to my transformation. The communal meals were nourishing and rich in both flavor and color. The energy of the women echoed throughout the woods all weekend in immersive sound healing, rhythmic drumming, and vivacious body movement. I felt the resonance through all my cells. I found myself engaged in soul-aligning expression, the flowing of melodies elevated the strength of sister-hearts connecting. I felt well cared for in the integration of gentle movement, fireside circles, and the laughter of so many beautiful women who had come to awaken their own energetic souls too. I was able to tune in to myself in a way that honored me; not as a mother, not as a lover, not as a professional, not even as a friend, but by taking time to be with my body and soul, and by honoring the place I presently exist in my own life journey. I would not be able to celebrate this experience in quite the same way if not for the presenters and the beautiful women attendees who held and contributed to the sacred, loving space at Tiger Lily.

At first I was hesitant about attending the Tiger Lily Retreat by myself. When I arrived I was immediately pleased to be there. I was greeted warmly, given a quick tour of the beautiful grounds and invited to forest bathe, relax in a hammock or sit next to the pond. The weekend unfolded with so many wonderful yoga classes and workshops, meals shared in community, time to explore on our own and connect with new friends. I feel so blessed and grateful to have attended the first Tiger Lily Retreat and look forward to returning year after year!

The beautiful valley hugged by water and trees and the sacred red tent magically cradled my own womb space. And the shared wisdom, music, healing arts and deep rest were off the charts. I am enjoying feeling even more connected to the earth, to my sisters, and to myself. Thank you Leslie Powers Grace and Heidi Dietrich for co-creating this year's Tiger Lily retreat!
