Living Yoga = practicing the tools and techniques handed down to us from those who have walked the path of awakening before us or alongside us. Exploring conscious communication, internal alchemy, pranic alignment in food, breath and nature, discover how your personal avatar functions best, learn how to guide others to these realizations in their unique container.
We select high vibrational locations that support your learning, growing and exploring. How? By following our inner guide and listening for those who have walked and are walking the path and creating sacred spaces for this work.

Heidi Grace received her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification from Marianne Wells Yoga School in Costa Rica in 2009. She completed 108 hours of Anusara training in Boulder, Colorado and in 2013, she completed her 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Brenna Geehan and Jean Mazzei of
SriYoga in San Francisco.
Heidi Grace has been certifying Yoga Teachers since 2012 with Yen Yoga & Fitness in Michigan as well as through Nature Yoga in Costa Rica, India and online.

When we are in a state of coherence we can operate from the place of our fullest potential. We can think clearly, make better decisions, and access our intuitive intelligence. Not only does coherence change our state of being, it also has a positive effect on our physiology.
Jessica offers clear and specific practices delivered in approachable ways with scientific data reflecting much of the effectiveness of the techniques.
Jessica is a War Veteran who served in the United States Air Force. After she battled with emotional stress, addictions and depression for a number of years, she woke up to another way of living. She discovered Kundalini yoga, heart coherence, and meditation and felt the profound shifts it had on her internal state. She went from living in a state of stress to a state of inspired living. It made such an impact on her that she knew she had to teach and share the wisdom that has been passed down for eons through the yogis, and now the new sciences to back it up.
Jessica has over 500 hours in Kundalini Yoga Teacher training – training received in Greece and India, and holds a 200 hour RYT with Yoga Alliance. Additionally she is Certified through HeartMath as a Mentor & Coach, and is the owner of New Moon Yoga studio in Traverse City, Michigan.
